I build invoice automations, AI chatbots and voice agents, so your team spends less time on repetitive work and more time on clients.

How it works
Drop invoice PDFs into a Google Drive folder.
n8n picks up each file and an AI step reads the fields.
Each invoice becomes one row in your Google Sheet.
The PDF moves to a Processed folder, so it isn't entered twice.
You get a Telegram message when the batch is done.
See it run
This one-minute demo uses 11 test invoices. Watch the PDFs go in, the rows fill up, and the files move to Processed.
Who you'd work with
I'm 18, I'm from Bangladesh, and I build AI systems.
I didn't wait until I was older or had a big agency behind me. I started building: first an invoice workflow, then chatbots and voice agents. I picked accounting firms because their work is full of repetitive jobs that AI can take on.
You won't get a sales team from me. You'll work directly with the person building your system, and you can watch it run before you decide anything.
Where I am right now: my invoice workflow is a working demo, not yet a client deployment. I'm looking for my first few firms, and I'll build around how you already work.
Questions
No. It handles the step where someone types invoice details into a sheet. Your software and your review process stay as they are.
Yes. The workflow fills in the rows, and your team reviews them before anything goes into your books.
The demo uses PDF invoices. Scans and handwriting haven't been tested yet, so the honest way to find out is to try a sample of your own files.
Not much. If they can drop a file into Google Drive and open a Google Sheet, they can use it.
I'll show you the workflow running and we'll talk through how it would fit your folders and your sheet. Bring 5 sample invoices if you can, with anything sensitive removed.
